Cancel your Subscription

Our subscriptions have no fixed term: you can cancel at any time, free of charge, in a few clicks. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period and a confirmation is emailed to you.

Click the button below to reach your secure customer portal (identification by the email address used at sign-up), then choose « Cancel subscription ».

You can also notify your cancellation by email to [email protected]: it will be handled under the same conditions and confirmed in writing. Worth knowing: cancelling before the 12th monthly payment means losing access to the site (article 11 of the Terms and Conditions ); your domain name is transferred to you free of charge on request; your own content and data are returned to you on request (article 22 of the Terms and Conditions).
