The questions we get most

Do I own my website?
Full ownership of the site is transferred to you automatically after your first 12 monthly payments, or as soon as you take an annual plan. You then receive a complete backup (files, database, administrator access, migration documentation). Your domain name belongs to you from day one and is transferred free of charge on request, even if you cancel early.
Will my site be secured and kept up to date?
It is included in every subscription, with nothing to do on your side. We handle security updates for WordPress, themes and plugins, continuous monitoring of performance and uptime, and an automatic daily backup with one-click restore. If something goes wrong - downtime, intrusion, critical bug - we step in as a priority, even before you ask. You focus on your business. We take care of the rest.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Our subscriptions have no fixed term. You can cancel on your own from your client area or from the Cancel your subscription page, and it takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. If you cancel before your first 12 months you lose access to the site, since ownership has not been transferred yet, but your domain name is yours and is transferred to you free of charge on request.
What is a support ticket?
A ticket is one hour of dedicated expert work, by email. You send your request (a content change, a new page, a question) and an Aloha Pixel advisor picks it up within 48 business hours. Tickets are available on demand at €89 each, or in a pack of 5 for €399.
Can I change plan?
Yes, once your 12 consecutive monthly payments are settled, or as soon as an annual plan is paid. That period lets us deliver a complete, carefully finished site matching the plan you chose, and stand behind the quality of our work. After that you are free to scale your subscription down or up.
