Withdraw from your Contract

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving any reason: from the sign-up date for a service subscription, or from delivery of the product for a Collection purchase. Fill in the form below (online withdrawal function): an acknowledgement is emailed to you immediately, and the refund is issued no later than 14 days after your request, under the conditions of articles 13 and 25 of our Terms and Conditions (for a subscription whose performance started at your request, an amount proportionate to the service already supplied may be deducted).

You can also withdraw by returning the model form reproduced in article 28 of our Terms and Conditions , or by any unambiguous statement sent to [email protected] or by post to Aloha Pixel, 6 Rue des Métairies, Porte 002, 64230 Poey-de-Lescar, France. For Collection products, items must be returned no later than 14 days after your notification (see return conditions, article 25 of the Terms and Conditions).
