The site www.alohapixel.com is a professional website presenting the WordPress design, management and maintenance services offered on a subscription basis by Aloha Pixel.

All content on the site (text, images, logos, videos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Aloha Pixel unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use without prior written agreement is strictly forbidden and exposes the author to civil and criminal penalties, under articles L.335-2 and following of the French intellectual property code.

Trademark: "Aloha Pixel" is a word mark filed with INPI (the French intellectual property office) on 28/09/2026 under national number 5302841, in class 42 only, in the name of Justin Deboves. It is under examination. Any reproduction, imitation or use of this mark, alone or combined with other elements, without prior written consent, is prohibited (articles L.713-2 and following of the French intellectual property code).

Logo: the Aloha Pixel logo is not a trademark. It is an original work protected by copyright, its date established by INPI e-Soleau filing DSO2026036398 of 28/09/2026. Any reproduction, even partial, without prior written consent, is prohibited.

Themes and core: the Astro themes Aloha, Kai, Koa, Kona, Nalu, Reef and Swell, sold on alohapixel.app, and the Aloha Pixel core this site is built on, are works protected by copyright. Their source code at version 3.8.5 is recorded by INPI e-Soleau filing DSO2026037238 of 03/10/2026, kept until 03/10/2031.

The paid themes are sold under a licence to use (the Aloha Pixel licence, available on alohapixel.app): a purchase does not transfer ownership of the code. The Reef theme is free and open source, published under the MIT licence: it may be redistributed and republished freely, and the e-Soleau filing, which establishes who wrote it, does not restrict that licence in any way.

EmDash, Astro, Cloudflare, Shopify and WooCommerce belong to their respective owners. They are named to say which technologies our sites and themes work with; naming them implies no partnership or endorsement on their part.

Images and videos from external sources (notably Adobe and Coral Gardeners) are protected by specific licences and may not be reproduced without the agreement of the copyright holder.

Aloha Pixel takes rigorous measures to ensure the protection, confidentiality and integrity of the personal data it processes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected We collect several types of data:

Legal basis for processing Processing relies on the following legal bases:

Recipients and processors Data is processed by Aloha Pixel and, solely for the needs of the service, by its providers: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and security), Stripe (payments), GoDaddy (domain names), Mailchimp (emails). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; those transfers are governed by the European Commission standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Retention period We keep personal data:

Clients: for the whole contractual relationship + 3 years after the end of the contract (10 years for accounting records, as required by law).

Prospects: for a period of 12 months after the last contact.

Data security Aloha Pixel applies a strict security policy: encryption of communications via SSL/TLS, restricted access control to data, regular security updates.

Data breach notification In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, Aloha Pixel will notify the CNIL within 72 hours and inform the people concerned as soon as possible, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Your rights over your data Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access: obtain information about your personal data.

Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data.

Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data, subject to conditions.

Right to portability: receive your data in a structured format.

Right to restriction of processing: limit the use of your data in certain cases.

Right to object: refuse the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds.
